Effect Description
Each time the wielder casts a spell, there is a 15% chance to regain all spent magic points, and gain a magic point. However, there is also a 2% chance that the cost of the spell is increased by 2. The wielder may also may heal a character by one health state even if that character were to die, this will result in the permanent destruction of the artifact.
